Arron founded Sherlock recruitment and grew the business from the ground up, his straight-shooting, and transparent way of doing business is not only his trademark but become a defining element to the company he has built. Focusing initially on specializing in the supply of site staff to the Electrical market, the service has expanded over our 6 years to incorporate site staffing and training services to the entire construction industry. Over the years the client base has grown to include Irelands largest and most well-respected construction and Engineering brands.
