Sherlock Recruitment’s core activity is the provision of permanent and flexible staffing solutions and training for the construction industry.

Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate will be contributing to the growth of the business and the placement of various candidates in a variety of roles for clients across Ireland. You will be managing current client’s needs while growing your business.

As an account executive, you will be contacting clients, learning their business, growing your pipeline of new business and placing quality candidates and so much more!

Working Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.

This is a full-time position, with full training and career guidance along the way.

What we are looking for:

  • A positive, out-going outlook and sense of humour
  • Previous sales experience will be a big advantage
  • Experience in a recruitment company an advantage
  • 1-year previous work experience in an office environment
  • Past sales or administration work experience an advantage
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Excellent PC Skills
  • Great people skills
  • Be able to learn as they go along
  • Be able to work well as part of a team and also with their initiative
